Returns & refunds

Refund policy If there is a problem with your order, contact us and attach a photograph that indicates the problem and we will address it accordingly. Quality issues are rare, but they happen on occasion and we strive to address them as fast as possible. Since every order is 100% customized, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reprint your order if you decide you do not want your order, ordered the wrong size or would prefer a different product.


The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:

1. We must be contacted within 72 hours from delivery of any defects.

2. We require you submit a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.

3. We may request that you return 100% of a defective order before we reproduce your order

4. We will pay for shipping, it is required to book via our preferred Shipping agent

5. We will reproduce or refund your order within 7 days if we verify that we made an error.

6. We will use the original production time and shipping method when reproducing an order.

7. All sales are final.
