Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older to place orders. Users under 18 may place orders with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Artwork: Customers must provide open design files of logos or artwork in a machine-readable format. If we design the product, the final approved mock-up will proceed to production, and no further changes can be made.

Printing: A universal acceptance of 5-10% color variation on print jobs is agreed upon.

Production Timeline: Production timelines are 1-4 weeks depending on the nature of the product, starting from the date of acknowledgment of the purchase order. In case of any unforeseen delays, our team will contact the customer to explain the rationale and ensure delivery of a quality product. However, no discounts or refunds will be issued for delayed delivery.

Quantity: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, we reserve the right to dispatch and invoice up to +/- 10% of the ordered quantity. In case of a shortage, appropriate store credit or a coupon will be provided to compensate, as producing exact quantities is not feasible for customized products.

Packaging: Standard packing in carton boxes is provided unless specified otherwise.

Quality: While we prioritize delivering top-quality products, 2-3% of items may have light-to-medium cosmetic defects, which do not affect functionality.

Transport: Prices listed are exclusive of transportation charges unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.

Payments: All transactions are processed securely, and prices are in INR unless specified otherwise.

Liability: We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by the use of our products.

Amendments: Terms are subject to updates and may be revised without prior notice.
